Full batch: 4 listed servings.
Use ready-to-eat rolled oats and protein powder suitable for uncooked use. Pulse oats to coarse meal; mix with the dry ingredients. Stir in yogurt and the remaining listed wet ingredients until a thick dough forms. Rest 10 minutes refrigerated; scrape all the mixture into a parchment-lined 8 by 4-inch loaf pan. Press firmly with a second sheet of parchment to an even layer. Chill at least 4 hours, then cut four equal bars by weight. Expect soft refrigerated bars, not shelf-stable candy bars. If the dough seems soft, chill longer rather than adding uncounted flour.
Refrigerate promptly within 2 hours at 40 F or below; use within 3-4 days. Freeze individual portions up to 2 months for best quality. Thaw in the refrigerator. Dairy mixtures may separate; stir after thawing. These are refrigerated meal-prep bars, not shelf-stable packaged bars.
Listed allergens: Milk. GF-eligible*. Ingredient badges are not a guarantee of safety. Check all packaged products and cross-contact.
