BUILT TO PREP

A practical guide to Built to Prep

How do batch sizes and portions differ?

Doubling the number of servings doubles the batch ingredients. It does not double the calories in each serving. Making each serving larger does change the nutrition per portion.

Can I use these meals for cutting or bulking?

Green, yellow and red stripes organize recipes by estimated calories per listed portion. They do not prescribe your daily needs. Choose portions within your own targets; the complete day matters.

Are the macros verified?

They are estimates. Exact brands, ingredient ratios, raw or cooked weights, finished yield and serving size change the result. Sodium marked pending is unknown, not zero.

Does a prep week mean a week in the refrigerator?

No. Follow the storage instructions on each recipe. Freeze suitable portions or prepare later meals separately rather than extending refrigerated storage to match a weekly plan.

Are allergen badges a safety guarantee?

No. Check product labels, substitutions and manufacturing and kitchen cross-contact. Gluten-free and wheat-free are different requirements.
