Your recipe box, explained.

My Prep Studio is an early-access planning tool operated as part of Tyler Bloomingdale’s Built to Prep project. Paid memberships and AI recipe drafting are not active.

What is saved

Email signup and login are provided by Supabase. Supabase manages your password, email confirmation and authentication session. This site verifies your Supabase identity and receives your account identifier and email address. Your browser stores authentication tokens to keep you signed in; use a device you trust. Your saved profile, dietary restrictions, preferences, personal recipes, photos, notes, grocery pantry checks and plans are stored under that account identifier. Guest exploration stays in the current page’s memory and is lost when the page closes or reloads. The separate original grocery planner saves its list in that browser.

Your controls

In My goals, download your recipe-box data or delete your live saved recipe box. Sign out on shared devices. Deleting the recipe box does not delete your Built to Prep login account. Keep photos and notes limited to information you want stored with your recipes. This site does not make personal recipes public or offer public sharing.

Nutrition and allergies

Nutrition is a planning estimate, not a verified Nutrition Facts label. Brand labels, ingredient ratios, raw/cooked weights, yields and portions change results. Unknown values remain unknown. A listed sodium range is only shown when the underlying recipe supplies a range. Daily totals identify incomplete nutrition.

Allergen checks screen the written ingredients. They do not establish safety, assess kitchen or manufacturing cross-contact, or certify a gluten-free meal. Check each product label and every substitution. User-reviewed badges record a member’s own checks, not independent verification. Profile restrictions take priority over automatic meal suggestions.

Bulk-protein comparisons

The budget calculator uses the prices and yields you enter. It stores a comparison in this browser only when you choose Save on this device. Clear comparison removes that saved copy. These values do not synchronize with your recipe-box account.

Account transition

Earlier preview accounts used a different sign-in provider. Those records are separate from email accounts. If you exported a preview backup, you can restore it into your new recipe box. Existing records are not linked automatically by email.

Other services

Retailer links open external searches; groceries are not purchased through Built to Prep. No payment details are collected in this preview. AI drafting will need a separate connection before use; the current preview does not send recipes to an AI service.
