PLAN TODAY. PREP TOMORROW.
Your meals.
One grocery list.
Choose “Tonight” for dinner or “Meal prep” for several meals. Set the people and servings before ingredients enter your cart.
What are you making?
Cooking for two tonight or prepping for the week? Every Add button asks first. Existing recipes stay at the servings you chose.
Finished meals already include their listed bases and sauces. Add a standalone base or sauce only if you want extra portions.
YOUR PLANNING CART

This cart tracks ingredients. Payment and delivery scheduling happen with the grocery retailer.

Check what you need.
Select a meal to build your list.
Needed ≠ number of packages. Seasonings appear once, with their combined recipe quantities. Choose a jar that covers the total—not a jar per meal.
“Have it” remembers pantry items on this browser. Unchecking “Buy” skips an item for this plan. Quantities shown use recipe amounts; check package sizes and raw/cooked weights.
Review mixed ingredients. Some older recipes list a combined amount such as “peppers and onions.” These stay grouped and flagged; split them into individual products with “Add an item” rather than assuming each needs the full amount.
THE NEXT STEP
Shop the list you chose.
Use “Find at Walmart” beside each checked item to choose the right product and pack size. Finish checkout, pickup or delivery scheduling on Walmart.
These are product-search links—not an automatic cart transfer. A whole-list Walmart or Instacart handoff needs approved retailer integration. Prices, stock, substitutions and delivery dates are confirmed by the retailer.
Your ingredient standards
Look for nonfat Greek yogurt, Darigold FIT nonfat milk, the lowest-fat cottage cheese and appropriate sodium labels. Keep raw and cooked quantities distinct.
Shopping substitutions and extras can change recipe macros. Water is omitted from the buy list. Kitchen volume conversions use 1 cup = 240 mL, 1 tbsp = 15 mL and 1 tsp = 5 mL; mass and volume are not guessed.
